來廈門住的環境最差，衞生最差，因為晚上回去太晚倒頭就睡了，早上起來才發現床單下面的墊子居然是這樣的，噁心人，問了前台還説網上訂的給我是升級以後的房間

住了兩次，第一次有投影的那個還行，起碼不吵，房間內也有放凈化器，整體滿意，第二次升房了，結果靠着路一晚上睡的斷斷續續的，聲音太大了，其他沒什麼，挺好的

1.先是在網絡上問了電梯能不能用説可以，結果到店以後還是在維修，衹能爬樓梯，如果直接説電梯翻新我不會選擇預訂這一家
2.房間衞生堪憂，窗台靠近床，但是窗台上積灰嚴重，明顯長時間未進行擦拭
3.凌晨房間外吵鬧聲影響睡眠，並且服務員沒有進行管控，導致睡眠質量受到嚴重影響
4.酒店空調外機噪音過大，跟下雨一樣，第一次感受到這麼差的設備，並且房間窗户不能鎖上了安全隱患非常大
5.酒店的可信任度低，在入住之前已與酒店服務人員確認過想要的房間是否有空房，在得到肯定回覆後，前往酒店，到達後被告知房間已有人入住，那麼提前發訊息預留的意義何在
6.在早上已告知前台需要浴巾，但是一整天前台都未將浴巾拿上來
7.服務人員的素質及培訓不到位，因腰傷無法提重物，酒店的電梯不能用，聯繫保安上來幫忙提取行李，保安先是説衹幫忙提行李箱，別的讓自己提，在我們説兩個都需要後非常不情願的提了下去，並且在過程中議論顧客，説我們年輕腰還不好，請問我作為顧客你在公眾場合這樣是一個酒店應該有的服務嗎？
8這次的入住非常差，無論是房間設施設備到員工的素質都是非常差的，希望大家避雷
9.如果店家覺得我所説有誤，可以與我辯駁，我們也可以請相關部門介入，看看酒店是否達到了營業標準

酒店的地理位置非常好，離火車站很近，趕高鐵的朋友可以考慮一下，酒店也有洗衣機，烘乾機，這點很方便，工作人員都很熱情哦

有的房間潮濕 剛開始的房間像是沒打掃一樣 很長的一縷的頭髮 晚上有噪音 隔壁半夜 吵鬧 根本休息不好 換的第二個房間床單被套都是潮濕的 馬桶上都是色斑
