Truthful evaluation 1. I checked in at 10:00 pm on September 9th. The water was very low, which affected my normal washing. I reported to the front desk and hoped to change the room. The front desk said that it was the peak water usage period and I had to wait. I used the water at 3:00 am, but it was still the same. The toilet was inductive and there was no water. I didn’t dare to use the toilet normally, which affected my mood. I asked the front desk again before staying the next day. The front desk told me that the water pipe had been repaired. The water was cut off last night and the water from the backup water tower was used. It will not be the case today. There is water. I returned to the hotel at around 11:00 pm. There was still no water. The water was very low. I reported to the front desk and came to see it. At that time, I was having supper and drinking with my colleagues. In the middle of the night, I was too lazy to change the room. At 11:30 the next day, there was no cold water, only hot water that was scalding, and I couldn’t wash. I called the front desk and got the reason for repairing the water pipe, but the customer was not notified. This experience was very bad! I didn’t dare to go to the bathroom when I stayed in the hotel. It really affected me! Very unhappy! I simply washed with the mineral water I bought. The front desk said to send mineral water for emergency, but I said no, I had already washed up. 2. The next day, I asked the aunt to change towels, sheets, quilts, etc., but the hand towels were not put. 3. The wireless in the room is very bad and will automatically disconnect Suggestions: 1. Water is a necessity in life. If there is an emergency such as repairing the water pipe, the customer should be informed as soon as possible, and the emergency plan should be activated to solve it in time, instead of repeatedly giving various reasons. 2. For the toilet, it is recommended to have a manual control button, not a pure automatic sensor. It is really inconvenient when the water is cut off.
