店員服務態度良好，但酒店客房隔音不好，樓下KTV晚上唱歌到零晨3-4時，太吵，根本無法睡覺，中間找服務員調換一間，也是歌聲纏繞，無法入眠。酒店客房是睡覺休息的地方，如果無法整改做到KTV唱歌聲隔音不吵，讓客人安靜入眠，就不能對外銷售服務客房，昧着良心賺錢，讓客人出錢買罪受，即損失金錢，又損失健康。酒店也不要説你店牌標註KTV，已做到公示，來推託責任。酒店經營KTV唱歌，是你的權益，客户管不着，但你影響客户休息睡覺就不應該。許多酒店也有KTV，但隔音做好，不影響客房休息，就無人意見。
