位置還算好找，離公交車站很近，房間乾淨舒適，老闆挺熱情，我們的需要都盡力滿足了，連住五天體驗很好，性價比高。

條件十分差，但是便宜，必須給好評。
優點：便宜，真便宜，春節期間每晚大約150塊，找不到這麼便宜的住宿了，條件再差也必須給滿分好評。但凡它漲價到200每晚，我都要給1星差評。
缺點1：吵，窗外是一家飯館，喝酒聊天的不少，吵到很晚。隔音不好，走廊上有點動靜都聽的清清楚楚，你懂的。
缺點2：冷，熱水温度不夠，洗澡有點冷，我住到第四天老闆要漲價，換了家酒店才洗的澡，哈哈哈。
缺點3：硬，床太太太太硬了，睡的我腰疼。
缺點4：臟，衞生衹收拾了表面，抽屜裏的發黴蘋果都沒收拾掉，不知道放了多久。
缺點5：小，房間很小。也符合他的定位。
缺點6：老，看起來挺新，估計是重新粉刷了，但設備都挺老，網絡不行，存洗髮水的罐子是漏的，門卡都磨損掉色了😂，可見一斑。
給多少錢辦多大事，差就差了，有好的我也住不起了。這裏節假日衹要150，太划算了。但凡它漲價到200，我都要給它差評。
總結一下，節假日150左右推薦住，平時80以下推薦住。真踏馬差，也真踏馬便宜，推薦給又窮又愛玩又不願住青年旅社的朋友，不是打擊人，實話實説。

床墊太硬，衞生間淋浴頭的温度不高，水龍頭衹有冷水，這些都算了。不理解為什麼空調裝在衞生間的門上面，跟床平行，一晚上沒吹到空調，衹聽見空調風機響。就是老闆，老闆娘挺熱情。
