The hotel is good but the room needs more cleaning. The location is great and the fron desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

we booked and PAID for 2 nights, hotel staff still call us after the 1st night,in the middle of our excursion to confirm that we are staying for another?😟 what happen to checking the system before interrupting customer ? front desk seem unsure about things

First time staying in this hotel. Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. Would highly recommend. Super B services. Felt better than many other 4-5 stars hotels. Did laundry, they would assist us in drying our clothes when we weren’t around. fold and bag our clothes into the laundry bag once done. Im thankful for this extra service.

Not so convenient as o train station around. May require 10mins of walking to the nearest train station.

Services are up to expectation will recommend to friends.

Location is nothing special. Breakfast is okay and the hotel is well kept and clean. Stuff also very nice and helpful!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the ferry terminal, Zhongshan Road Zhonghua City is also within walking distance, and it is very convenient to eat and drink milk tea around. It has been raining in Xiamen recently, and the cleaning lady had opened the doors and windows to dissipate the smell and turned on the air conditioner for dehumidification before check-in. I specifically praise the front desk lady Jiayi, who is warm and polite. She upgraded the room and specially chose a quieter one. There are also free porridge and side dishes in the evening. I will choose next time

It's located in a small street behind the main street. It's the smallest Atour hotel I've stayed in. The room is so small that a 20-inch suitcase can't fit in it. The amenities are average. It's just an ordinary economy hotel. How can it be marked as 400 or 500 a night? The value doesn't match at all. The soundproofing is terrible. It feels like the people next to you are talking in the neighboring room. There are people talking loudly and opening and closing doors at 1 or 2 in the morning, and the noise starts again at 6 in the morning. It's impossible to rest at all. We originally booked 4 days, but only stayed one night and got up early the next morning to change hotels. A 5-star hotel is only more than 400, which is much better than Atour.
