1、衞生：衞生條件很差，酒店走廊滿是掉落的白牆皮，浴巾都爛的得起毛邊。
2、環境：像是舊KTV遺留下來的，直接改造成酒店似的。轉角處堆滿了裝修的廢棄用料。
3、服務：前台的大媽態度很差。
4、設施：很老舊，顯得很臟。

距離雙子塔 沙坡尾 貓街 南普陀 都很近，老闆人也很好，住的樓下就是小商場 買東西很方便

老闆很好！價格合理，服務也很好，衞生及時清理，交通也很方便，就在廈門大學路對面，有到廈門旅遊的，或是到學校看孩子的，優選比店！
