硬件沒有話説 非常大氣的氛圍 唯一的缺點是門僮的笑容不夠 有服務 但是比較生硬 打房間服務 回答的人 口氣也是生硬 除了這2點 其它都很好

🌟總體感受：公區乾淨整潔，服務意識很好，瑕不掩瑜，體驗還是很愉快。
🌟住：付費升級了港灣一居室，跟海灣隔着一條步道，看出去是遊艇碼頭。房間整體色調偏沉，床正對窗户，床品有點絲質的感覺，很舒服。愛馬仕旗下傢俱、戴森吹風機之類的配置也夠檔次。mini吧全部免費，有啤酒、牛奶、冬瓜茶、巧克力等等。陽台的躺椅沒有油跡或臟臟的感覺，挺難得的。
🌟服務：
非常滿意，主動服務意識很強，而且有細節
1.入住時2位工作人員幫忙拿行李，一邊帶路一邊介紹；
2.看見客人主動打招呼，客房電話秒接；
3.開夜床時兩邊床頭都放了水、牛奶，主動添置毛巾、浴袍，連角落的垃圾都細心收拾乾淨；
3.不是小童房，但入住時提出想要小童帳篷，前台的Nancy主動添加微信表示確認後儘快通知工作人員送到房間。最後客房工作人員拿來並幫忙裝好。
4. 入住時Nancy給了一張每天的活動表，感興趣的可以提前預約。貼心的給孩子預約了小童烹飪課，做的是水果茶，聽説還有小蛋糕🧁。
🌟行：
愛上廈門的又一個理由—酒店離機場才幾公里，酒店去其他地方打車也是幾公里，這次旅行我們避開了熱門景點，更多地是在酒店附近走走逛逛，加上廈門城市綠化好，我們來的時候天氣不錯，所以度假的幸福感很滿。
最後，感謝Nancy入住期間的照顧和幫助，廈門七尚酒店值得期待😊

這次從台灣去廈門之旅，本來沒有預計入住七尚，原先計劃在鼓浪嶼待上兩晚，沒想到因為連續大雨，提前結束了在鼓浪嶼的行程，返回廈門。沒想到卻成為我們短暫三天廈門之旅的Highlight！酒店本身如同一個藝術品，無論從哪一個角度，方向看，都能發現他不同的美.設計方面也有非常多的小細節，每每總能有驚喜的發現.飯店的衛生更是不用說了，就連大廳的洗手間，每次進去都是像是剛被整理過，沒有任何使用的痕跡. 酒店前廳經理朱子迪也是讓我們留下了非常好的印象，有許多貼心的安排讓我們很感動 🥹 真的很久沒有遇到這麼好的服務了。五顆星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 七尚真的很棒，推薦給想要好好放慢腳步，在酒店staycation充電的人。如果真的要說什麼可以改善的，那就是如果在戶外用餐區也能夠禁菸那就太好了 ☺️

不愧是廈門天花板的酒店，服務沒得説，下車禮賓幫忙開車門提着行李引導去辦入住，在辦入住的時候有個小Nancy的小姐姐很熱情且專業講解酒店的各種配套設施，真心不錯。房間是不用取電的一進去房間的燈光回自動打開，並且還提前給我佈置了房間很温馨謝謝客房部的韋金雨小朋友，房間打掃的很乾凈整潔，浴缸很大，洗漱用品很高級是我喜歡的香味，在走道碰到服務員都會熱情並有禮貌的打招呼。晚上去中餐吃飯味道很好環境很高級，SPA很有特色，下次還會再來體驗，西餐出餐速度很快服務熱情。
