前台小姐姐服務很好，很貼心，退房比較早，可以提前把發票都開好，房間安排的很安靜，設施齊全

我真的是吐了。我平時出差一般都會選擇希爾頓旗下酒店。這次的這個地方，刷新了我的三觀，我住過五六年希爾頓了，算是老用户了，這個城市廣場這家，服務態度巨差。什麼都沒有，晚上我酒喝多了我説讓他幫我送罐可樂，不送，我在泉州希爾頓的時候包括其他希爾頓都可以，第二天，我續住了，因為要談事情，我也不想換酒店了，我臨走明明很前台講過了給我打掃。結果也不給打掃，我打電話話前台問他，首先作為服務崗位？是不是要先做問題回籠，並且致歉，然而呢，看完直接給我來了個全是我的問題。我真想給你個大鼻竇，你不打掃房間你還有理了。這個態度讓我噁心透了，。
