房間一般，床不好，坐着直響，服務較差，我們住了三天，前台服務人員態度惡劣，尤其是2024年4月8日晚上的工作人員（女同志），4月9日早辰（男工志），服務太度非常差，對我們不尊重，讓我們對酒店非常失望，他們的形為，損害了酒店和廈門的形象。
