地理位置很不錯。毗鄰地鐵一號線，挨着中山路商圈，街對面就是個購物中心。高層能遠眺鼓浪嶼，以及鄭成功巨石像，以及雙子塔。
房間也比較寬敞，乾淨整潔。整體來説硬件還是不錯的。
但是，我要説但是了。服務實在是。。。差點意思。不是説態度不好，是很多細節真的需要改進。首先是業務內容，廈門這種經常下雨的地方，鞋子濕了應該很常見，但是非常遺憾，酒店沒有烘乾業務。我們住福建省另外一個城市的酒店就可以。其實是房間打掃，紙巾補充很不及時，短短几天，出現數次紙巾空了的情況。很多酒店都會直接放一個整包給住客備用，但這家酒店沒有這個動作。第三就是酒店的下水，應該及時通一下。第四是熨燙機，是否能更新一下，直接送來一個帶熨衣板的熨斗也是沒想到的。。。現在一個手持的或者掛燙的也不貴，這麼現代化的酒店還是應該與時俱進一下。
總結：整體尚可，服務細節需要提高。

位置很方便，就在地鐵1號線的終點站，廈門北站直接坐過來。酒店旁邊就是中山路，植物園、鐘鼓索道、鼓浪嶼碼頭、環島路離的都不遠。禮賓部的服務員很熱情，幫我拿行李。特別感謝前台郭經理，幫我安排了一個臨街的房間，還給我推薦了一家不錯的海鮮餐廳。酒店的自助早餐也非常不錯

Hotel service is very good including check in counter and Service department staffs. Especially thay helped us to book the tours before we starting

棋牌室一小時收費120元 ，我們兩間房三個晚上，讓前台給優惠，不給優惠，房內電視老輩子的，裝修很陳舊不堪，告訴前台不要進房間打掃衞生，説了跟沒説一樣，照樣進去，因為我們不需要打掃，整體體驗不會再去第二次。
