客房服務還可以。但是整體設施一般，房間都沒有紙巾供應，衹有洗手間一個紙巾，非常不方便。其次服務人員態度一般，特別是餐廳服務人員不敢恭維。五星級酒店茶葉、咖啡包沒有不説，冰箱裏也是什麼都沒有，不符合五星級酒店的檔次和標準。

入住體驗感很好，禮賓小哥哥主動拉行李和指引辦入住，前台同事效率也高，兩分鐘就辦好了，房間很大住着很舒服，很感謝快捷服務中心的Iris，會耐心解決我的問題，酒店能有這樣的員工也是威斯汀的福氣，希望有越來越多和她一樣的員工，祝威斯汀越來越好，有機會還會選擇威斯汀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
