The very attentive manager recognized us from a previous visit a few years ago. We were assigned a nicely upgraded room. Beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful sunrises. Extensive breakfast with a very varied choice and good quality. Sufficient choice for dinner.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Fairly good stay, but difficult to access the facilities and navigate the hotel for non chinese speakers.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Very kind and caring. The swimming pool is very child friendly with lots of amenities. The manager Jo particular helped us a lot.

We all four family members had a shorter stay than expected because of Covid but liked the hotel. The localization is convenient to commute either on the island or in the main land. Close to the airport. The swimming pools are good for both kids and parents. The Chinese restaurant is very good. The room was bright and clean (delux superior seeview room). A special and warm thanks to Byron and Felix who were very supportive and good in English.

It was my first time staying at Xiamen Huilong Wanda Realm Hotel. I had a very good experience staying for three consecutive nights. The room was spacious, bright, clean and sanitary. There were also luxurious chandeliers. The viewing balcony had a panoramic view of the garden and the sea. The room was equipped with a smart toilet. The mattress was moderately soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. The bathtub was also very clean. The swimming pool was moderately warm, and the water quality was good and clear. The buffet breakfast had many varieties and tasted good. I like the front desk guest service manager and the young lady Cai Wenjun for their hospitality, and the concierge manager Ji Changqing for taking the time out of his busy schedule to carry our luggage and introduce the food near the hotel. The service was warm and thoughtful. The room attendants Zheng Guangxia and Lin Yueli had a strong sense of service. Since we had to go to Jiageng Park in the morning and the time was tight, the hotel was very kind to delay our check-out until 2 pm. Thank you very much. I give the hotel a five-star rating and it is worth recommending.

The hotel environment is very good, suitable for family travel. The children's play facilities are very complete. You can go to the playground or go directly to the hot spring pool. For breakfast, you can go to the executive restaurant, which has a semi-self-service ordering format, which is very suitable for families with small appetites but high requirements.
