酒店位置特別優越！酒店位置在中山街路口，面對鼓浪嶼。離地鐵站、公交車站、周邊旅遊景點都很近，特別方便。出門右轉是中山街。雖然樓層不高在3樓，以為樓層低晚上會很嘈雜，出乎意料一點不會吵。
入住期間雖然有一點點不愉快，但是前台很積極也很迅速的給我們解決了問題。服務態度很好，無論前台還是客房都很熱情。
關於附近旅遊類的諮詢他們他們還幫我們避坑，這點很優秀！總體來説這次旅遊體驗感特別棒，下次過來還會優先考慮這個酒店。

總的來説，優缺點分明的酒店，看需求訂了。
優點：
——緊挨着中山路，下樓吃喝説走就走。樓上還有肯德基和必勝客換換口味。
——離遊客去的廈鼓碼頭不遠，騎車可達
——免費洗衣機和烘乾機，即使節日期間也能排上使用。洗衣房有隔音棉。
——雙人大浴缸
——大投屏，電動窗簾（投影儀連接的wifi是5G頻段，但我手機連2.4G頻段wifi才能投屏，很奇怪）
——臨海房能看到鼓浪嶼（雖然很小），四樓有個大露台可以出去
——空調給力安靜
缺點：
——一千多房價沒有浴袍，沒有冰箱，沒有衣櫃（有衣掛）
——香皂沒有託盤，打開用了就黏在洗手池上，如圖1
——坐便區極小，坐了人就關不上門了（男士們方便衹能敞開門）😅，不知道裝修咋弄的。如圖2
——淋浴房門關上，依然會往外漏水，記得鋪墊子。如圖3
——洗烘機衹有一套，沒有人管理，人多時剛洗完的會被別的住户自己掏出來。衹能自己盯着點了。
——樓道狹窄不通風，我旁邊住户連着三天吃了榴蓮和螺螄粉（或者衹吃了一天但是一直散不去？），我的天啊！🤪😫
——室內沒有座機，聯繫前台靠微信，個人很反感，有時候會找不到微信號。反饋倒還及時。

非常滿意，比曾厝垵的民宿檔次高太多，而且便宜一半，離中山路和鼓浪嶼都近，走路百米左右非常方便。

首先位置很好，就在輪船碼頭對面，旁邊就是中山路步行街，裏面有收費停車場，然後就是衞生很乾凈，房間很好，最重要的是服務態度很好哦，下次再去玩，還會入住
