酒店地處廈門中心一站地鐵就到鼓浪嶼渡輪碼頭。衞生服務都還不錯，衹是賓館有年代了，房間設備舊了點，達不到現在的星級標準。性價比不太理想，或許適合出差的客人。

酒店位置好，在地鐵站附近，乘高鐵到廈門站後無論是打車或公共交通來酒店都很方便快捷，從酒店去廈門各大景點交通都很方便。酒店房間稍微擁擠點，但衞生好，乾淨整潔，並提供一次性日用品。早餐品種豐富、味道不錯，用餐環境好。整體服務熱情周到。
