I remebered this hotel as well maintained with good service, however, to my great dissapointmemnt this hotel has good time long behind. I booked a lake view room while received low quality, not well cleaned, with heavy smoking smell and no lake view to be seeen and was told this is last room available in the hotel. I needed a friend to translate from english to chinese my message to the receptionist. He wanted to give me a beter room next day, but how come when i booked for one day? When I wanted to book for another day at the reception he said using a tranlator that it is impossible and I have to book online.

Perfect place to stay in. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was well equipped and we could see the lake and the sea. The restaurant on the first floor served very good chinese food. Good choice for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Xiamen is a beautiful coastal city. Xiamen people are hospitable and the streets are clean and tidy. But what satisfied me most was staying at Xiamen Binbei Yihao Hotel, which exceeded the four-star standard. I did a long time of homework on Ctrip and finally chose this place. I was not disappointed. The architectural style of the lobby is elegant and generous. There is an afternoon tea bar for you to relax. Have a cup of coffee, taste some snacks and feel the comfort of the hotel. When traveling with children, they took the initiative to upgrade us to a family room when checking in. The room is large and clean, and free breakfast is provided for the children. The service is really in place. With one phone call, everything you need is delivered to the room. The breakfast is great, all kinds of dishes are delicious, and I am very full. I stayed for three days and will choose this place again when I have the opportunity to come to Xiamen next time. It is really highly recommended!

This is my first time in Xiamen. After doing a lot of research, I still chose this hotel. The service is really good. No matter where I meet the staff, they will greet me and offer help. I was particularly impressed by the front desk guy, who was enthusiastic and efficient. The room decoration is very classical, and you can see that it has a sense of age. The toilet flushes a little too smoothly. The hotel is located in the administrative district, and there is a subway station at the door of the hotel, so the transportation is very convenient. I booked a business king-size room at the beginning. When I checked in, Ms. Chen at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade to a lake view king-size room for free. Very comfortable room, the hotel staff are very friendly. The location is also very good, there is a subway station right outside, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Recommended!!!

I booked the exam room in advance, and the front desk made careful notes. I checked in early and checked out late. The room was quiet and specially decorated. It was very attentive. Although the hardware was not super five-star, the software service was definitely super five-star. It was great! Recommended
