Amazing service, place and location - lots of eateries around - try the beef noodle, dumpling and seafood restaurants nearby - location is close to the Zhong Shan Park, near the cafes that are popular with tourists. The nearest bus stop is only 8 minutes away on foot.

If you are looking for travel like a local, I would recommend this place instead of going to a high rise building hotel. Location itself is pretty convenient for food and nice dessert shop nearby. Host is very kind and helpful. Room's nice and cozy. If there is any chance to be in Xiamen, this place will be my first choice.

Good value for money. Service efficient. Quiet, comfortable bed, good shower. Walking distance to ferry to Gulangyu (ca. 20min) My room had a mezzanine and a small sitting area, so quite spacious The house itself is a beautuful old villa. Would stay again.

Great location in the center of the city. Our room had a large balcony to the street, it was nice to listen to the city life and voices from below. Our driver that took us to the Tulou told us this beautiful house used to be the People's Court of Xiamen - and it definitely feels like a place with a history. It has a small café downstairs, and friendly staff, who gave us some tea as a farewell gift. The only thing we didn't like was the aircon that was a bit too cold and we didn't find a way to regulate it in the room.

Friendly owner gave us insert repellent. We didn't know how crazy the mosquitoes were and that insert repellent saved us. My sons love double storey room . but just need to be careful with young kids.

I stayed 3 days. I liked the location because it was close to Zhongshan Road. And the reception staff was so friendly. The room was a bit cold but it wasn't a big problem. Thanks to the friendly staff and cost-effective accommodations, I made good memories with my friends. I recommend it to Korean friends like me.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa n°68. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and it is very well located. The room was great but a little humid. If we come again to Xiamen, we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, it's a good review! First of all, the location is very good. There are interesting shops around the walking distance and the food is also very good. Secondly, the service attitude is also very good. The empty room on the second floor knows that girls like to take pictures, and they specially let me go in to choose a room. The room is clean and tidy. But to be honest, there is a very strong smell of smoke and dust. I feel dizzy. Later, after careful comparison, it is not the smell of air conditioning or quilt, but the smell of curtains and cotton bed headboards. It is estimated that the previous guests smoked or left it. It is recommended to clean the curtains and bed headboards

The old building is well preserved and the room is full of new elements (five-star hotel facilities inside) A residence that spans time and space, experience the tranquility in the bustling area. In the morning, you can see the residents' lives from the balcony, drink a cup of coffee and take a journey across time and space! Not far from the eight cities on Zhongshan Road

The old houses in the old town are very impressive! There is no noisy scene in the downtown area. It is very peaceful! The super large yard, sitting in the yard and drinking coffee is really great, the boss is very enthusiastic, and the coffee is also very delicious.

The room was nice... I loved the feeling of the yard ~ very comfortable. I saw a big villa passing by and went in to take a look. It was great!
