酒店前台不熟悉業務。客人的名字都不會讀，錄入等半天。空調不製冷，還像拖拉機。衞生也是一塌糊塗，我小孩都不敢住。

酒店設施一般，服務也一般，就是温泉♨️不錯，帶孩子出來旅遊可以住，設施還有待提高，衞生間用具差了一些，衹有沐浴露沒有洗髮水
