When I mentioned the reserved room, there was still no room available. There are no early check-in and late check-out rights mentioned at the time of booking.
It was past 16:30 in the afternoon and no one informed me that I could check in. It was almost 17 o'clock and I urged the front desk to change the room to a room downstairs from the restaurant on the 7th floor. Every morning I was awakened by the sound of moving chairs in the public restaurant upstairs.
This is the worst Somerset apartment I have ever stayed in in China! Very disappointed!
