I got a free upgrade to an executive suite! Ms. Pearl, the Guest Relations Manager, was incredibly helpful! She deserves a huge shout-out! She even helped me book a lunch buffet at the Ming Court Chinese Restaurant and arranged for a birthday cake – it was amazing! The hotel's pastry chef uses excellent ingredients! The cream was so smooth, and the cake base was incredibly soft! I had such a happy birthday! The gym has been upgraded, and I love the new equipment!! The Christmas decorations for afternoon tea were adorable, and I indulged in so many cakes! Evening happy hour also featured the afternoon tea cakes, which was fantastic!! Dinner was great too! I loved the soup, and there was a wide selection of alcoholic beverages! You could even make your own simple cocktails! Delancey, the lovely young lady at the executive lounge, was adorable! She has a best friend with a beautiful name! ☺️ The complimentary breakfast was incredibly rich and filling! All in all, I'll definitely be back. This package was excellent value for money! There's no substitute for this experience in Xiamen!!

I booked a 12 PM check-in in advance, and they proactively offered shuttle service to and from the concert venue. The lobby is luxurious and elegant, with a captivating water feature. The front desk upgraded me to a non-smoking executive room on the corner, which was quiet and comfortable. Every detail in the room was exquisite, with excellent blackout curtains and well-designed lighting and switches. It was clean and hygienic, and the showerhead had an anti-tamper design, with the layout next to the bathtub being very practical. They offer a variety of pillows for delivery, and in-room requests were fulfilled quickly. The bedside wallpaper and bathroom artwork created a serene atmosphere. The breakfast satay noodles were absolutely delicious and exceptional. There were just two minor drawbacks: The mini-bar fridge door opens from the top, which makes it easy to pinch your fingers. There should be an additional warning or the handle on the fridge should be covered. Also, when I requested essential oil (feng you jing) from housekeeping, they only had insect repellent (hua lu shui).

Very satisfied! It's clean and super close to the airport. The bathroom and toilet are great, with a good wet/dry separation. Plus, it connects to a king-size bed, which is convenient. A special thanks to our service ambassador, Delancy, for the gift and flowers! She has a round face and wears brown-framed glasses, and she was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She asked very carefully if we were satisfied and if we needed any help. The hotel should definitely have more 'smile ambassadors' like Delancy! Thumbs up! 👍
