樓下是餐飲場所，上樓必須經過油膩的廚房，樓梯狹窄且毫無隔音效果。洗手間的洗臉盆損壞，一次性用品質量也差。這樣的環境讓人感到不便和不舒適，可能會影響顧客的體驗和心情。希望這些問題能夠得到及時改善，提供更好的用餐和使用環境。

大家避免踩雷吧！！！這家店老闆賺的都是**錢，老早定好的，到點了大晚上十點了，跟我們説沒有房間了，直接把我們房間給其它人了，在店裡等了三個多小時，最後差點讓我們花錢住他們員工宿舍……讓第一天先勉強住一下，説第二天有房間，結果第二天三個房間空調都是不能用的，找老闆意思是就是這樣的，我也沒辦法……讓換房間還要加錢，後來説樓上的房間也衹有一間，就讓我自己勉強住吧，還説愛住不住，大年初四大半月十點多讓我們不住找其它酒店……房間裏的臟亂差就不説了，可以看圖片，裏面水槽是堵的，馬桶也是堵的……已經打算正常維權了
