The hotel is good but not not convenient. Breakfast cannot compare with int hotel chains

The worst hotel I have ever booked on Ctrip! On the first day of my stay, there was a washing machine in the room. I asked how to use it. Three groups of people came up within an hour, and no one knew how to use it. Finally, I asked Ctrip for help, and finally a reliable person came; on the second day of my stay, I had gastroenteritis and asked my wife to pack breakfast. I don’t know which stupid leader in the restaurant stipulated that the contents of the package must be fixed. As a result, the meals in Figure 1 and Figure 2 were given. Can people with gastroenteritis eat it? Do you have a brain? On the third day of my stay, I took my daughter to the hotel to swim on the second floor below ground at night. The front desk said that girls could not enter the men’s locker room, so they very considerately helped to open the employee channel for me to enter. Thank you very much; later when I left, I met a staff member wearing a white shirt and blue trousers. It was really inconvenient for me to hold my child and carry things. I asked you to help open the employee channel for everyone to make it convenient. This person refused and insisted that I wade through the water. As a result, the child’s slippers fell into the water! Feedback to Ctrip, a duty manager said that he would communicate at 9:30 the next morning, but no one came at 10 o'clock, saying that he was too busy, haha! In short, this is a hotel that is extremely bad!!!

Super five-star praise ~ The hotel is beautiful and grand. We booked many rooms for the birthday party and they were all very comfortable. Bai Yu, who checked us in, carefully arranged the room we liked. The service was simply amazing~ When I accidentally left something behind when I left, she was very considerate and helped me find it back~ It is very suitable for bringing family and friends to stay and play together~

The sea view of the room is very beautiful, and there are many parent-child activities in the hotel. The overall attitude and level of the waiters are good. Let's talk about what needs to be improved: I asked the housekeeper to add WeChat. From the telephone consultation to the departure, I reminded him several times but he didn't add it. Maybe he doesn't pay attention to ordinary guests? After all, there are two rooms, two nights each. Two rooms were given, and the room size is different. They are also sea view twin rooms, but the difference is not big and it doesn't matter. The bathroom has a smell, which I care about. The room tripped at night and the socket couldn't be used. We found it the next day and reported it for repair. The speed was quite fast. The overall location of the hotel is not very conducive to island travel. It takes 40 minutes to drive to the Xiamen-Guangzhou Wharf in the morning, and it is also far from Xiamen University and other attractions on the island. The hotel is suitable for lying down. There is a beach behind the hotel, but it is a public beach and a bit dirty (at least it was like that on the day I went there). The hotel's outdoor swimming pool will not open until after 5.1.

Hygiene: This stay was very good. The housekeeper Yawen was very considerate and informed us of precautions in advance. She helped us solve any problems in a timely manner and left a thoughtful sticky note, which made us feel more friendly. Secondly, the hygiene was very good. The room had an automatic toilet, a large bathtub with disposable film, and a towel drying rack, which was very friendly for friends traveling with children. They could dry their swimsuits after swimming.

The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is also good, it is too big, I often get dizzy, the breakfast is rich in variety, it is close to the sea, there are many fun things to do on the beach, it is suitable for bringing children to play. I didn’t have matches to buy cakes, so the staff lent me their lighters.

How should I describe this stay? There were indeed two BUGs at the beginning, but the hotel management and manager handled it very well later, and I also felt their attitude of pursuing perfection and improvement. We stayed with three children. The room was very large, with a washing machine, a bar, a dining table, and a living room where the children could play happily. It was also very convenient to wash clothes for the children every day. The beach is opposite the hotel, and the scenery is beautiful. It is also very pleasant and interesting to ride with the children. The breakfast is good, rich and satisfactory! The restaurant food is great, and I ate it for two consecutive days! The swimming pool is very large and beautiful, and the children like it very much. If I come to Xiamen next time, I will choose it again with my children! Here, I would like to thank the front desk manager of Ruihai for handling some minor problems very well. After learning that our flight was delayed, he extended the check-out time for us, and personally sent us out of the room, helped to load the luggage, and brought souvenirs for the children. The hotel is majestic. Lin Hong, the person at the front desk who checked in, was very nice. He introduced the various restaurants around the hotel in detail. The room he helped choose was also very good, and the drinks in the room were free. When you open the window in the room, you can directly see the sea. This is my most satisfying stay.

The room is very large, with double 1.5-meter beds, which just meets my needs for traveling with my mother and daughter. The elderly can sleep comfortably, and there is no need to worry about the baby falling down. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The beach is right outside the window and the sunrise is beautiful. The little beauty Lili at the front desk is very welcoming. I will choose this place again next time my children come.
