酒店大氣漂亮，硬件很不錯，周邊環境漂亮。服務細節跟不上，服務人員不夠熱情禮貌；餐廳管理尤其差，早餐10點就收餐，不會來問一下客人是否還有需要再收，直接就收光了。九點半到餐廳的時候，旁邊客人在用餐，服務員就推着收餐的推車在旁邊倒的嘩嘩響，太影響胃口了。
