帶家人來波特曼住，貴賓主任華煒添加微信後幫我們安排並預留好了更好的房間，整個入住期間都很滿意，唯獨房間打掃衞生需要加強一下，衞生間洗手池漏水加上部分死角沒有打掃乾淨，近距離看到多少還是會影響心情，不過整體還是不錯的，值得推薦。

體驗非常好，酒店又新又乾淨，裝修也是我特別喜歡的，設施露天室內都有，一出去就是海邊沙灘，太舒服了，小鎮夜景更美，小鎮接待室文婷小妹妹服務態度好，工作認真，贊贊贊，週末不住家，直接去小鎮過週末太舒服了呀！

I brought my family to Xiamen and booked Qixing Bay. I felt that the environment here was very unique. The whole park was very large and the landscape was very well done. The VIP director Hua Wei helped to adjust the room in advance, so we could check in without waiting. During the period, the door lock broke and he helped us to change the room immediately. The overall environment and service of the hotel were good.

幫客人預訂小鎮的庭院房，入住兩天要給酒店提出建議，首先第一天小鎮蚊蟲太多，被咬得無法好好休息，第二天換到曦海的房間，淋浴間到了晚上又漏水需要修理，實在沒辦法折騰換房了，最後一天退房早上本該有早餐卻被攔在門外，後續追查是預訂部做錯了訂單，希望貴酒店加強小鎮蚊蟲消殺和一些設備的排查，然後提高一下專業水平，但以上事情貴賓主任華煒都一一幫忙及時溝通補救，下次如果還有入住希望改善。
