房間正好看到廈門大學，視線非常好，看了差評還擔心衞生問題，還行，民宿裏這樣的衞生算不錯了，肯定不能比酒店，有微波爐，洗衣機，冰箱，設施很全，就是一次性用品太次了，跟房間檔次有點不匹配，都是最次的那種，一次性毛巾浴巾擦身體都掉毛，希望能改善吧，海景視線非常好，絕對的海景房，服務嘛，馬馬虎虎吧，從開始聯繫，不反覆追問，管家都不帶搭理的

優點是地理位置優越，風景也很棒。缺點是設施跟不上，入住時老闆專門發了熱水器使用注意事項和操作視頻，我也嚴格遵守，結果第一個人洗了不到十分鐘，第二人再洗就沒熱水了，第二天一大早再嘗試，洗了7分鐘熱水就剩29度。跟老闆反饋，衹答覆不可能發生這種事。希望以後改進。
