Popular Xiamen 4-star Hotels

The hotel seems old, i.e. not updated for years. I was moved to this hotel after the hotel I originally booked could not receive foreigners. Tegoo is one of those approved to receive foreigners. The rooms need updating and I believe they allow smoking in the room.

Location: Gulangyu Island is all on foot. The boss has added WeChat in advance and will be very enthusiastic to say hello to the island and then share the location. According to the navigation, we can walk to the door. Sanitary: clean and no smell. The equipment and facilities are in good condition. Brand new is not an exaggeration. Sound insulation: It’s not completely soundproof, but after nine o’clock there’s almost no sound. Not all the friends who visited the island stayed overnight, so my friend who went out alone the next day boldly brought a tripod to take selfies without being embarrassed at all. The bed: It’s very comfortable at night. Remember Children from the north really don’t like the feeling of humidity. A four-piece set of clean bedding. Choose soft and comfortable service: I give it a full 🌟 because there are only five pills at most. No, it’s only worth five pills. If you insist on it, it’s really ninety-nine pills now. There are not many bosses who will give you food, toys, mines and other things you need. They are really considerate. Room facilities: Although it is small, it has all the essentials.

This hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

Very convenient & easy to access Metro station. Friendly front desk staff. Good service & quite shocked to extending our check out time to 2pm without charging & helpful to received our parcel & hand over to room, especially my birthday cake. Highly recommended.

Holiday Inn Express Xiamen Lingang is very close to the airport which is convenient. Otherwise the sourrrounding area is not too interesting. I was lucky to get a room with sea view which was beautiful waking up seeing fishermen returning from sea. Staff didn‘t speak English but was very helpful and trying their best to help. The breakfast was very delicious, better than in more expensive hotels I have been. The rooms are big and modern western style furniture. There was no mini bar but you can order somehow and then robots bring the purchase upstairs. Cleanliness was ok but unfortunately the shower drain was a bit clogged. Overall I enjoyed my short stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The room was okay to stay in, and the service from the assistant manager 1105 in the lobby was attentive and enthusiastic. The scenery around the hotel is good and traveling is very convenient. The service at Swan Hotel is very good and the response is timely. The hotel's breakfast is delicious. The room has a bathtub and the bed is very comfortable. It is cleaned on time every day. There are TV shows on the set-top box, and I watched the movie If You Are the One 3 in the hotel.

Although this hotel is a small one but the facilities, cleanliness and easy access to Zhong Shan road where all the happenings are be it shopping and food. The cleaner who upkeeps my room during my stay is very caring. She left a note in Chinese but I can’t read. I got my friend to read and it says weather is hot and she have boiled water for us and asked us to drink more water to stay hydrated. I would like to say thank you and is very much appreciated.

I was impressed with the front office staff Ms. JuanJuan Liao, she was cheerful, professional and helpful; I would rate her as one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Given the GM Mr. Paul Zhang demonstrated as a great leader over my stay of 4 nights at the hotel, he was very hands on and professionally offered support to his staff and guests. They are great asset to the Company.

Excellent service. Location was a little far away from other things but great for the beach and the tour bus as a stop near by. Friendly check in, clean rooms and good quality room supplies such as towels and tooth brushes. My only dislike was the buffet breakfast. Lots of options but not much for my taste buds. This would be more of a preference, but good quality coffee and more fruit, milk and yogurt options would have had us become a daily breakfast goer. Overall highly recommend, a great get away

Very nice, very close to Sanqiutian Wharf. Disposable supplies provide a disposable razor and a small bottle of hair conditioner and body lotion. It is very considerate. The disposable slippers are also very thick. There are few people when I go there. Helped to upgrade the room with windows, next to the pier, the night view is very good at night
