The room is great and comfortable…the service and attitude of the staff is excellent and they speak good English. The bath and view from the room are also very good. Breakfast could be improved with more vegetables and better coffee.

Excellent location with wonderful views of Gulangyu Island. Check-in was extremely slow - with a queue developing, despite it being past midnight - they also required a large deposit (double the room rate!) which we felt was excessive. Breakfast was so-so, quite a lot of choice but generally not particularly good quality - was bored of the selection by the third morning. Lots of parking which was very convenient. To be aware, there are no USB ports in the room and cannot borrow a charging block, so be sure to bring/buy your own. In-room dining menu had a wide selection and good quality. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We were brought a small gift for Christmas, which was very kind. Overall, the location and views make up for any minor ******* - would highly recommend for a city break in Xiamen.

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at Seaview Resort. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a pool spa villa room. An electric golf car could be summoned quickly to take us around the resort from our room. The room service food was delicious as was the Italian restaurant. Was such a treat to have pool access from our terrace. Then we could slowly swim around the canal area. Beautifully landscaped pool and surrounds. It also gave the feeling of privacy due to the layout of the rooms. Even though the hotel itself must have been very busy as it was golden week. The villas area has its own Waterscape cafe for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every pet of the resort was immaculately clean and staff were always somewhere nearby. Special mention must be made of English speaking staff member Ansen. He helped us with our more detailed questions, and gave us insight as to where to go for a nice walk in the gardens or to the beach. He made it seem like nothing was a problem for us during our stay. We truly appreciated his warm assistance. We would recommend this resort to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!

Amazing hotel... great location... friendly stuff. Maybe missing a few nearby options to dinner but staff will be more than happy to help you to find a nice spot.

Great hotel and the service is really good from the start. Most of the staff can speak English and they put a lot of effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable so thank you. Breakfast was great the staff were very attentive and the manager greeted all the guest and checked if they had a nice stay. I would of liked to have a welcome drink like a bottle of water just at reception but that’s the only negative.

Superior location, convenient transportation, very good location, convenient travel, parking space at the door is very convenient, the hall is simple and atmospheric, reasonable layout, there is light music, very nice, the reception tea is very good, the reception desk is high efficiency, thoughtful, professional is very good, the room lighting is good, bright, quiet, sanitary and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, fast water, good water temperature, fast Internet speed, convenient office, Room cleaning, highly recommended

I was upgraded to a Villa room, it’s very spacious area. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very responsive and helpful. I had a great buffet dinner, the Sicilian chef ( I apologised that I forgot to ask his name) was very friendly too. My 2 nights stays were great….

Without doubt one of the best resorts in Xiamen. Hotel facilities and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and accessible. The resort feels a world away from the rest Xiamen and great for a staycation. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and regularly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and needs were catered for. Room was immaculate, well laid out and maintained. Some staff do not speak great English, but they are patient and helpful and there is always someone on hand that speaks fluently. We were unable to travel outside of the province due to Covid, but this resort really gave us the feel of getting away from it. If you want a worry-free staycation that feels away from it all, this is the place. TIPS for travellers: restaurant and buffet is very popular, so make sure you book in advance

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. Fantastic service, delicious breakfast with loads of choice, and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Hygiene: The hotel hygiene is really good. There is a unique taste in the lobby. It makes people feel relaxed. The room hygiene is very good. Facilities: If you have facilities, the bedding in the room is really comfortable. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. The Chinese and Western restaurant has a lot of breakfast varieties. The taste is also very good. Service: Special thanks to Harley and Yvette for their warm service when checking in. The doorman is also very enthusiastic. He will take the initiative to help deliver the luggage to the room. Environment: The environment is very comfortable. Next to the beach and the romantic line of the sea. There are also sunny town food shopping malls nearby. Overall, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play.
