My partner and I stayed here as we had an early flight the next morning. The location is PERFECT for the airport - it was less than 10mins by taxi. Also, the hotel is not on the flight path so you don’t get awoken by planes! The hotel is new so it’s clean, modern and very comfortable. Our only issues were with the staff, who were young and a little untrained. The day we arrived was quite warm and humid and I had problems cooling the room with the air con. When we reported it, we were given conflicting advice and it was kinda blamed on us (eventually, we learned they don’t have a cooling function during the winter months). Also, there was a restaurant attached hosting a party, which meant there was loud, drunken karaoke and cigarette smoke filling the lobby, which seemed inappropriate: I’m not sure why they didn’t just close the doors. I’m guessing the staff are new in the hotel game and still figuring it out, I’m sure this will get better.

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

My friend picked out this hotel since we were flying in from Hangzhou at midnight and he wanted something cheap. It was very close to the airport and easily accessible by didi. Check in was quick and fast. The room itself was really clean and neat. The bed super comfortable and soft. However the bathroom, really needs to be maintained. Aside from the mold and leaky toilet, the door of the bathroom was damaged by water or something else, I’m not really sure. It’s something that really needs to be sorted, because I chose another hotel when we returned to Xiamen from Bali, all because of the bathroom.

The room is large and comfortable. It's also close to the subway station. There are many reasonably priced restaurants downstairs where you can dine. I highly recommend staying here. In addition, because the children played too late, we rushed back just at the check-out time (14:00). The front desk was still very helpful and assisted us in letting us enter the room and take the luggage downstairs. There was no additional charge. Big thumbs up!
