這絕對是一家被名字耽誤的星級酒店。非常滿意的住宿，環境乾淨整潔，洗浴用品nice；地理位置優越，就在半邊山海灘邊上，出門2-3分鐘就是沙蟹保護區，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，玩臟了馬上回來洗漱一下，方便至極；價格親民，性價比超過隔壁的皇冠。最驚喜的是管家小張知道我生日後，還送了蛋糕和鮮花，佈置了房間。開心～～～大愛，下次再來

和朋友幾家一起出行的，定了豪華山景房，進房的一刻就覺得自己選對了！房間很大很整潔，而且在服務細節方面做的很好！桌上有小零食飲料和水果，旁晚還送了小甜品。入住後有需求客房服務都能第一時間滿足，真的很貼心！每年都會找個環境好空氣好的地方度度假，因這次湊了端午小長假時間短未能多住幾天有點小遺憾，不過這也給了下次再來的理由！再次感謝酒店工作人員張緋綺，住宿期間的貼心服務！

節假日房價翻了兩三倍，但服務並沒有跟上去，入住的門鎖壞了打不開，找了幾趟才給打開，體檢已經不好了，結果酒店也沒有任何安撫？辦入住時已經知道有孩子，還填了出生日期，結果等要拖鞋的時候拿了一雙五六歲小童的，問服務員説替換時，也不回覆。
這麼貴的房價，除了周圍風景還可以以外，其他沒有值得推薦的，反正下次也不會住這裏了

酒店環境非常好，像一個大花園，房型也很好，陽台門打開都不需要開空調，海風非常舒服涼快，前廳部門小金很熱情，加了微信告知我們可以提早入住，對於帶着小孩 需要睡午覺的寶寶十分友好，還提供床圍欄，最後一天還幫我們延遲退房，非常感謝，就是小孩子浴室洗澡有點滑，如果有防滑墊就更好啦，總之非常滿意，寶寶説下次還要來！
