"The hotel environment is indeed good, and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic! Since the hotel lobby is a bit far from the rooms, there's dedicated staff to help with luggage, which is nice. However, they could use this time to introduce guests to the hotel's basic information (like facilities, restaurant locations, etc.) instead of letting guests figure it out themselves. The logistical support isn't up to par. I had communicated with the hotel in advance about needing an extra bed. After checking in, the bed wasn't added. I had to chase them 3 times, and after waiting for over an hour, they finally slowly added the bed, which was already past 7 PM! We could only eat the buffet at the hotel, and because of the delay with the extra bed, many dishes were already gone. I ended up not being full and had to buy some instant noodles to satisfy my hunger. Also, since it's a dinner buffet, why are they also preparing breakfast items? Furthermore, the hotel has a self-service laundry room in Zone A, but there are only 3 machines, which is too few. It would be best to add a self-service laundry area in Zone B as well! Since it's summer, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the self-service laundry area, so it would be great to have mosquito repellent. Finally, the hard furnishings in the room are decent, but the soft furnishings are still lacking, probably because they rushed to open."

"Parking was extremely inconvenient. I called the hotel front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do and told us to find parking on our own. Their attitude was awful, so we ended up parking diagonally across from the hotel. After checking in, they even maliciously said we'd be ticketed! The room was awful clean. The floor wasn't swept, and there was blood on the toilet. It was disgusting. 🤢🤢🤢"

"The Yuzizai Hotel has been on my wishlist for a long time, and I finally had the chance to visit with my kids. The hotel is perched on a cliff. Our room 6301 was across from Hua'ao Island, offering stunning sunset views, and some rooms even offer sunrise views over the sea. The restaurants on the first and second floors are Spanish-style and stylish, built right on the cliff. Stepping out onto the infinity pool, you can even head to the bar on the third floor to see the Big Dipper in the evening. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, offering complimentary sweet soup upon check-in, afternoon tea, and a welcome gift box."
