定位是度假酒店，卻是讓人一點也沒有度假的輕鬆感。環境設施衞生都還可以，但是服務跟不上。
可能是為了節省人力成本，工作人員大都是新手，經驗不足，一問三不知，應變能力差。培訓也不到位，遇到的都神情漠然，更別説笑容了，好像客人的到來給她們帶來了很大的麻煩一樣。
加了管家微信，開始還好好的，雖談不上多麼親切熱情，好歹還是有問必答。然後當我提出接駁車接一下時，突然消失了，不回覆了，一直到退房後也沒有回覆過。後來意識到這一點後又聯繫了客房才把我們接回酒店。

第一次來象山 選擇離海邊近的觀堂酒店 與皇冠共用一個海灘 但是價格比皇冠便宜一半 風格很古色古香 停好車有接駁車來接到住的地方 前台小哥哥曾鑫耀服務很好 房間也給升級了 感謝 還多送了一份早餐 退房又送上伴手禮 還會再來的👍

很滿意的一次入住！出行不論什麼時候都有接送，管家莎莎很温柔噢，給升級了套房，有歡迎水果還有晚安甜湯！早餐很豐富種類多，小朋友很喜歡。
退房還送了象山特色伴手禮 小朋友還有單獨的禮物， 超開心的！

寧波出發導航到半邊山一號停車場，聯繫酒店可以安排接駁車來車位接送，去沙灘也可以聯繫管家安排接駁，解決了小朋友不願意走路的煩惱，入住時還送了挖沙套裝，管家吳莎莎很貼心，回去時候還送了象山特產米饅頭。酒店還可以提供漢服拍照，下次時間充裕一定要體驗下，很適合帶娃休閑旅遊度假嘻嘻
