至今為止我住過的酒店裡服務最好的一家。到達酒店就有服務生幫助推箱子到前台後，前台工作人員準備了滴上花露水的温毛巾和茶水，還有服務生幫忙擦箱子，並且問我第二天有沒有行程安排。得知第二天有安排後主動聯繫車輛，第二天送我直接過去服務，真的非常的貼心

酒店整體服務很好，我們到店很晚，酒店衹剩最後一間房，但是有煙味，陳月經理知道我聞不了煙味後趕緊幫忙協調到了無煙房，還幫忙一起搬行李跑上跑下忙到後半夜，直到確定我們對房間滿意才離開。房間衞生很乾凈，每天外出回到酒店都會發現有一張粉色的睡蓮小紙片在房間靜靜等我們回來，紙片像家書一樣細細道來，告知有幫忙擦拭行李箱、或者鞋子有點臟的地方，又或者額外放點菊花茶包、卸粧棉等等貼心的服務，27樓小許每次見面都很熱情問我們需要什麼，出門要不要帶水……酒店小細節服務管理非常到位，每晚回到房間後會接到電話問需不需要睡前甜品，住多幾天後，都養成要吃了甜品才去睡覺的習慣了😂
