非常棒的一次出行體驗 必須給五星好評.. 酒店工作人員熱情細心 酒店房間乾淨明亮..尤其是細節做的很到位 出行那天下雨 工作人員還專門主動提出幫忙擦乾淨箱子水漬.. 酒店針對專屬房型也貼心的提供了每日的接送服務..體驗感非常不錯 下次如果還出行湘潭 一定會還入住華銀 感謝..

聽勸，去住一次，服務真的非常非常非常好！國內入住過服務態度最好的酒店之一，賓至如歸一點不誇張，再配上這個價格太值了，房間設施也很好，總體是吊打國內很多號稱五星級的酒店。已經推薦好幾個同事了，下次出差湘潭首選華銀！這種口碑不錯的酒店絕對是需要宣傳成為標桿，酒店同行都應該來學習下什麼才叫服務業！
