銘逸酒店硬件
設定的細節和服務非常到位，沖涼房設定了出風口下的衣晾衣架，早餐豐富又精緻，每天早餐都變換早點和菜式，遇見每一位員工（前台到餐廳到客房部）都素質比較高，看得出酒店對員工的培訓和企業文化做得好，我們有賓至如歸的感覺，下次過來還繼續選擇銘逸酒店，也會推薦給親友!

這次入住非常滿意，辦理入住看到有小朋友給了一份小禮品。小盆友還送了洗漱包。樓層電梯間有免費瓶裝水，客房裡面有歡迎水果。處處都有着服務細節。

這次一個人來湘潭旅遊，有幸入住銘逸酒店，真的沒有挑選錯。酒店房間乾淨整潔，還給我免費升級了房型，酒店所有員工從上至下服務主動性和服務態度真的做的很好，而且有求必應不拖沓。服務上不輸我們上海這裏的很多五星級酒店，很温馨很愉快的一次入住體驗，下次有機會來湘潭必定還是入住銘逸。再次感謝銘逸全體員工！希望保持下去哦。

服務員非常友好熱情，房間也安靜乾淨，每天下午和晚上還有水果甜點，很温馨，唯一不足就是羽絨被對四月底的天氣來説，有些熱了。
