酒店的工作人員服務態度不錯，前台晶晶很耐心的幫你解決問題。對待事情仔細認真。每一位的工作人員都不錯。加上房間的衞生環境也不錯。而且酒店距離要去玩耍的地方都比較近，離高鐵站打車也近，如果再次來柳州的話我依然還是會選擇這家酒店。而且酒店配備的枕頭有兩種不同的款式，這對我這種對於睡覺的枕頭有講究的人來説是個方便之舉，選擇好的枕頭真的對一晚上的睡眠有很大幫助。
