隔音效果很差，樓上隔壁外面的聲音都聽的一清二楚，設施的話比較舊，能看出來酒店已經很多年了，整體一般吧，但是泡温泉很方便，就在旁邊

大堂富麗堂皇，前台服務很好，辦理速度快。禮賓服務很好，主動幫忙拿行李，房間設備很新，枕頭很舒服，衞生乾淨，客房服務員服務很好，主動幫忙連無線網，很感謝。早餐很好吃，品種多食材新鮮，味道美好。大堂餘經理服務很好，耐心的給我講解酒店周邊景點，還幫忙到了一杯冷飲，服務很好。

酒店的地理位置優越，交通很方便，大堂裝修豪華，設施完善，床鋪舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，大陽台很給力，酒店前台服務很好，辦理入住速度快，提供打印服務，，外國小哥哥幫忙送行李到房間，交流之後發現中文很棒。酒店大堂小余經理的服務讓我印象深刻，從入住到離店，對小朋友很細心，每個環節都有專人熱情接待。入住這家酒店，每個細節都透露出用心，專業。酒店的服務非常人性化，員工總是微笑待人，早餐豐富多樣，牛肉麪很好吃。讓人感到賓至如歸。強烈推薦給尋求舒適住宿體驗的旅客。

保安幫忙開門，服務很好，禮賓幫忙拿行李帶領去前台，服務很好。前台的小姐姐很漂亮，服務很專業，很好，辦理速度很快，耐心講解周邊配套。房間衞生乾淨，設備齊全，裝修很新。中餐廳裝修很漂亮，服務很好，上菜很快，味道不錯。大堂很漂亮，高端大氣上檔次。早餐品種很多，味道很好。大堂小余經理服務很好。

酒店環境很好，停車很方便，保安幫忙開車門，服務很周到。前台外國小哥哥幫忙拿行李，很棒👍🏻，前台服務很好，辦理速度快。因為帶小朋友怕住不下，大堂餘經理幫忙升級了房型，還通知客房加了床尾，酒店工作人員的服務很細心，專業。房間衞生乾淨，陽台很大，户外景色迷人。電視打不開，客房讓工程師傅來修，很快就修好了，無線網不會連，也幫我連好了，很棒👍🏻。中餐廳服務員很熱情，出菜很快，味道很好。早餐牛肉麪很好吃，食材很新鮮，品種很高。

人不多，房間給升級入住了，很滿意，價格合理，前台接待小姐姐服務很熱情，外籍服務員也不錯幫忙送行李到房間，前台也可以幫忙接收快遞，很不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間可以投屏，酒店餐廳食品口味也不錯，價格適中，分量較大，推薦入住

酒店裝修的一副暴發户做派，和萬達酒店差不多，地點不在市中心，很安靜，入住率很低，説是給房間升級了，給了一間電梯口的位置最差的房間，也是無語了。
