The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!"

All the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly, and there's free coffee in the lobby, along with thoughtful touches like coffee grounds, disposable facial cleansers, and even single-use laundry detergent for guests to take. They pay great attention to detail. When I checked out, they even gave me two bottles of mineral water for the road, telling me to drink them on the way. Based on that service alone, I'll definitely be staying here again. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic; the freshly cooked noodles were just as good as anything you'd find outside, and very tasty. There are restaurants right next to the hotel, which is very convenient, and it's also close to nearby attractions."

"The stay experience was really good. As soon as I entered the room, I felt clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept for a night. The room has good lighting, spacious space, complete facilities and easy to use, stable hot water, and fast internet speed. The front desk staff was warm and patient, check-in and check-out were very fast, and problems would be solved in time. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, and the surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy. The overall service is intimate and meticulous, the details are in place, the stay is safe and comfortable, the price is very high, it is a very satisfying accommodation experience, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it!"

The staff did not inform me before check-in, and I was told that there was no room available when I wanted to change rooms afterwards, which affected my unpleasant stay experience. The hotel hygiene cannot be seen carefully, and the gaps between the sofas and stools are full of dust. The breakfast is also average."

No. 9 of Vacation Homes in Hubei"Traveling with my dog during the May Day holiday, we chose Weichi. The holiday price wasn't cheap, at 1.5k per night, so my expectations were quite high. The overall park environment and facilities deserve an 80%. It was a bit crowded during the holiday, but that's understandable. Taking my dog for a walk between 6-7 AM and having the entire lawn to ourselves was fantastic.
The lower rating is mainly due to the somewhat subpar service. As a guesthouse positioned as a leisure and holiday retreat, the service experience is quite important, but overall, this place felt a bit cold and reflected average management. For example, when going up or down stairs in the hotel or entering/exiting the front desk, even making eye contact with staff members yielded no reaction – no greetings or nods, and almost everyone was like this. Dining at the restaurant in the evening, the overall preparation of cutlery and the efficiency of serving food were also very low (our set meal included a main course, which was never served). It took a long time to get attention when we needed something, and when staff did come, they were still cold. My husband felt that all the service staff seemed to have a grudge. Only one young man during dinner was relatively good. The breakfast tasted good, but again, the service efficiency was very low.
I've stayed at many high-end resort guesthouses before and had excellent experiences. Weichi falls quite short in terms of service. I hope they can improve their management, otherwise, I won't choose them again in the future."
