"The hotel's overall environment was okay, but the stay experience was quite poor. I booked a family room as I was bringing my child to run a marathon, and we barely got any sleep, which affected the next day's race. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; calls in the hallway and conversations from the next room sounded like they were right next to our ears, making it impossible for my child to sleep. The in-room facilities were very old; it's far from a 5-star standard, even worse than hotels like Ji Hotel or Lavande. The showerhead was very dirty and full of limescale, and the toilet seemed ancient with its yellowed plastic lid. The edges of the sink were moldy, and there were unwashed stains on the duvet."

"I booked a mountain view room specifically to see the view, but the room was arranged on the fourth floor facing the platform, which really ruined my impression. The hotel hygiene cannot be seen carefully, and the gaps between the sofas and stools are full of dust. The breakfast is also average."

"This time I came to take a hot spring bath. It only takes 3 minutes by car from Sanjiang Hot Spring. I asked the lady at the front desk that they have a Qianshan 5A scenic spot nearby. It only takes 10 minutes to walk. It is so comfortable to walk along the river. . You can also see Qianshan from the room. The view from the room is so good. I heard that this is the tallest building in Xianning. . The buffet is also a sky restaurant. The variety is also very rich. I slept very well at night, I heard it was a mousse mattress. . The price/performance ratio is too high~"

The hotel boasts an elegant environment with stylish design; the grounds are clean and tidy, offering picturesque views at every turn, perfect for taking stunning photos. Whether it's the private hot spring in the room or the outdoor garden hot spring pool, privacy is excellent, allowing you to soak whenever you want without the crowds. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied, a very satisfying meal. The tranquil surroundings make it ideal for a relaxing vacation."

"Traveling with my dog during the May Day holiday, we chose Weichi. The holiday price wasn't cheap, at 1.5k per night, so my expectations were quite high. The overall park environment and facilities deserve an 80%. It was a bit crowded during the holiday, but that's understandable. Taking my dog for a walk between 6-7 AM and having the entire lawn to ourselves was fantastic. The lower rating is mainly due to the somewhat subpar service. As a guesthouse positioned as a leisure and holiday retreat, the service experience is quite important, but overall, this place felt a bit cold and reflected average management. For example, when going up or down stairs in the hotel or entering/exiting the front desk, even making eye contact with staff members yielded no reaction – no greetings or nods, and almost everyone was like this. Dining at the restaurant in the evening, the overall preparation of cutlery and the efficiency of serving food were also very low (our set meal included a main course, which was never served). It took a long time to get attention when we needed something, and when staff did come, they were still cold. My husband felt that all the service staff seemed to have a grudge. Only one young man during dinner was relatively good. The breakfast tasted good, but again, the service efficiency was very low. I've stayed at many high-end resort guesthouses before and had excellent experiences. Weichi falls quite short in terms of service. I hope they can improve their management, otherwise, I won't choose them again in the future."

The supporting facilities are perfect and the service is intimate. You can play in the water and go back to the stream when you go out, and the children have a great time. Slow-paced vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, family travel is worth coming."

The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying."
