GGuest UserHotel location is particularly good, travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the hygiene was in place, and there was no smell. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the work efficiency is high, the overall experience is superb, the price is very high, and I will stay again next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel parking lot has charging piles, the front desk service responds quickly, helps with luggage, the hotel location is good, quiet. Arrive at the hotel → Children's supplies at the front desk → Parking gun charging → Walk 3 minutes to the museum (remember to bring your ID card) ~ take a walk in the small park next to the hotel late, blowing the hair, very comfortable
Experience: charging the baby is not wrong, the front desk also helps to check out until 2 o'clock, the child will leave after a nap.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, right after leaving Chibi North Station. The hotel is very considerate and asks you about your needs before you check in. It also specially installed a bed bumper for the baby and brought slippers for the child. The room is large, the hotel is on the 20th floor, and it's very quiet. There are also special robot services. The children are very happy. Worth recommending

GGuest UserThe lobby and public areas are bright and spacious, with the style of a chain hotel. The room facilities are standard, although they look a little old, they are basically useful. The local green brick tea that is always hot in the lobby is delicious, and I drink half a cup every time I pass by. What I am not satisfied with is that the tea room, fitness and other facilities on the third floor were not open during the Spring Festival. The restaurant only has private rooms and a very expensive menu, which is not suitable for ordinary families to eat out. There are not enough room service staff, and the training does not seem to be in place. The supplies after the extra bed need to be urged by phone again and again. In the middle of winter, they did not give the basic thick quilt, but only two very thin air-conditioning quilts. I almost got sick from freezing. They were not brought until I complained the next day. This should not be. In short, it is a relatively good accommodation for tourism and business trips, and there is still room for improvement.

The hotel's related supporting facilities are also very good. They should be among the best in Tongcheng, a county town, and it is worth choosing to stay. Although there are many overall advantages, one thing still needs to be improved, that is, the breakfast style is too simple and the taste is not delicious enough. 服務體驗更是堪稱完美。從前台辦理入住時，工作人員便主動遞上温熱的養生茶和歡迎果盤，耐心介紹周邊景點與温泉開放時間，還貼心提醒天氣情況，我來的第二天天氣預報有雨，前台員工馬上提醒明天有雨，房間櫃子有傘，出入請帶好雨傘。入住期間有任何問題，隨時聯繫我們，我們前台電話88，24小時在線。入住期間，保潔人員每天定時打掃，整理房間時會將個人物品小心歸位；路過走廊時，無論遇見哪位員工，都會收到真誠的微笑與問候，讓人倍感賓至如歸。

The external environment of the hotel is a must. The garden-style layout design has different flowers and plants in all seasons, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Walking on the garden path, breathing fresh air and enjoying the beautiful scenery makes people feel physically and mentally happy. The interior decoration of the hotel is also very exquisite, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is elegant, giving people a high-end atmosphere. The hygiene of the public areas is well maintained, clean and tidy, and people can live at ease.
The room is moderate in size and reasonable in layout, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good. The room is fully equipped with high-definition TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and other common appliances, as well as free wireless network to meet daily needs. MM244232****I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.
