"This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!"

"This guesthouse boasts a superb environment, surrounded by lush green hills and clear waters. The architectural design is unique, perfectly blending light, shadow, and a human touch. Even on a rainy day, it offers a distinctive experience. The staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; they even personally brought hot milk to our room in the evening, which was incredibly considerate. The entire vacation was relaxed and comfortable, allowing us to temporarily escape the city's hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquil natural surroundings. After check-out, staff member Xiao Bing personally escorted us to the parking lot. A big thank you to Xiao Bing! "The room was new, and the in-room hot spring was decent, but the hotel breakfast was worse than what you'd find in a 100 RMB hotel. The selection was limited, the taste was poor, and if you arrived late, there was nothing left to eat. The food service was poorly managed; even a bowl of noodles required queuing. We stayed in a double room for two nights, which was fine. For the third night, we booked a 130-square-meter suite. The online promotional video showed a large bathtub, but in reality, it only had a simple sauna and a mahjong room added. The bathtub was the same as the double room – a two-person wooden tub. The suite is suitable for larger groups; it wasn't cost-effective for two people. We tried to negotiate a refund or change, but the booking period had passed, and negotiations failed, so we had to reluctantly continue. The booking on Ctrip did not include any facilities in public areas; additional tickets were required. Overall, the experience was poor."

"Traveling with my dog during the May Day holiday, we chose Weichi. The holiday price wasn't cheap, at 1.5k per night, so my expectations were quite high. The overall park environment and facilities deserve an 80%. It was a bit crowded during the holiday, but that's understandable. Taking my dog for a walk between 6-7 AM and having the entire lawn to ourselves was fantastic. The lower rating is mainly due to the somewhat subpar service. As a guesthouse positioned as a leisure and holiday retreat, the service experience is quite important, but overall, this place felt a bit cold and reflected average management. For example, when going up or down stairs in the hotel or entering/exiting the front desk, even making eye contact with staff members yielded no reaction – no greetings or nods, and almost everyone was like this. Dining at the restaurant in the evening, the overall preparation of cutlery and the efficiency of serving food were also very low (our set meal included a main course, which was never served). It took a long time to get attention when we needed something, and when staff did come, they were still cold. My husband felt that all the service staff seemed to have a grudge. Only one young man during dinner was relatively good. The breakfast tasted good, but again, the service efficiency was very low. I've stayed at many high-end resort guesthouses before and had excellent experiences. Weichi falls quite short in terms of service. I hope they can improve their management, otherwise, I won't choose them again in the future."
