MM430606****I always stay here for business trips. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to grab a late-night snack. The room facilities are also very new, clean, and hygienic, and the smart home system throughout the room is really handy. I honestly think it's the best option at this price point.

GGuest UserThe stay was very quiet and comfortable. The service was very warm. It was great. For the Xianning Marathon, I also specially prepared breakfast in advance. Full score! Clean and tidy, no dead corners in the bathroom, no water stains, white and soft bedding. The service is warm and professional, the front desk is efficient, and the room service is intimate and timely. Complete and advanced facilities, intelligent control, air conditioning mute, the overall environment is comfortable, recommended to all friends.

KKuailedechushiIn recent years, I have traveled to various places and stayed in several Ramada hotels. I feel that they are all very good. The same is true for this hotel in Chibi. The location, store appearance, various facilities, cleanliness, service attitude, etc. are all good. The room arranged by the front desk is relatively large, and the view outside the window is very good. The small hillside has the beauty of layers of forests. There is a large landscaped early terrace next to the store, which is great for watching the sunrise. The Chinese food on the second floor is good, and the self-service early dining is quite good. There are several restaurants opposite the store to choose from. It is worth mentioning that the staff who cleaned the room helped us organize the messy daily necessities and folded the clothes. This has never been encountered in other hotels. It is very heartwarming and awesome. You can choose this store when traveling to Chibi.

GGSkiExcellent hotel in a beautiful part of the city. I found small grocery stores within walking distance. The hotel itself has clean rooms and a comfortable bed. In the morning, birds sing outside the window, and I was very lucky with the weather during my stay. Fresh salads and vegetables are always available for breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied.

AAnonymous UserThis stay was fantastic! The room was stylishly decorated, with brand new and complete facilities, including a huge TV screen and everything else you could need. The staff were very attentive, and check-in and check-out were both very smooth. The price was reasonable, and the value for money was excellent. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely stay here again!

PPius OttGood hotel, basically like all Vienna Hotels. If you've been in one you know what to expect. The rooms are large, nicely fitted out and clean. The free breakfast was an unexpected bonus.
The one minor complaint is that the lifts look very dated and feel like goods elevators. But I can live with that as long as the rooms are nice.

MM244232****I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.
