GGuest UserThe stay was very quiet and comfortable. The service was very warm. It was great. For the Xianning Marathon, I also specially prepared breakfast in advance. Full score! Clean and tidy, no dead corners in the bathroom, no water stains, white and soft bedding. The service is warm and professional, the front desk is efficient, and the room service is intimate and timely. Complete and advanced facilities, intelligent control, air conditioning mute, the overall environment is comfortable, recommended to all friends.

But about the rest???
Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open …
Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00…
Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced.
Room cleaning: perfect
Roomsize: okay
Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep.
Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

GGuest User第一次住錦江之星，是看到很便宜，評分也不錯，想着試住一晚，好的話就續訂，但與預期的有點不一樣，可能不太適合我吧！但酒店裡麪設施還是很齊全的，全部是一次性用品，浴巾毛巾口杯等都是一次性的，大床房稍緊湊，洗手間沒有乾濕分離，但與130一晚的價格是匹配的～～我是用攜程積分兑換早餐的，弟弟説很不錯合他胃口～～房間我選了要求安靜的，給我的那間房也不吵雜～～如果是男士出差要求不高的話，還是性價比很高的

KKuailedechushiIn recent years, I have traveled to various places and stayed in several Ramada hotels. I feel that they are all very good. The same is true for this hotel in Chibi. The location, store appearance, various facilities, cleanliness, service attitude, etc. are all good. The room arranged by the front desk is relatively large, and the view outside the window is very good. The small hillside has the beauty of layers of forests. There is a large landscaped early terrace next to the store, which is great for watching the sunrise. The Chinese food on the second floor is good, and the self-service early dining is quite good. There are several restaurants opposite the store to choose from. It is worth mentioning that the staff who cleaned the room helped us organize the messy daily necessities and folded the clothes. This has never been encountered in other hotels. It is very heartwarming and awesome. You can choose this store when traveling to Chibi.

Both check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient, and she always had a smile on her face, patiently answering all my questions. She even proactively upgraded my room type. It's the attention to detail that shows how much they care, making the entire stay feel warm and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

GGuest UserThe hotel experience this time was really good! The location is very good to find, eating around is convenient. The staff at the front desk were particularly enthusiastic, the check-in was very fast, and they also carefully introduced the fun places around. The room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable to sleep, the bathroom had no smell, and the supplies were well prepared. The price is also affordable, the price is super high, I will choose here next time I have the opportunity!

MM244232****I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.
