我訂的雙床房，平台顯示我能享受提前入住，我十一點到酒店的，前台辦完入住後到房間才發現給我開的大床房，我找前台詢問説是沒有雙床房，我看見有雙床房打掃出來了，我就問能給我嗎？酒店説要等到兩點有房間了能排到我才給我，我就不懂我明明提前半月定的房間，為什麼到了卻沒有我定的房間，經理還説我定得實惠，人家現在一天比我定的時候貴一倍，反正是服務態度不好，看人下菜
