Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and efficient during check-in, paying attention to every detail ❤️! I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room – spotless! The bedding smelled fresh, like sunshine, clearly well-maintained. I instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast selection was also very diverse. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to my friends! 🌟"

"Traveling in Xi'an with my family, our flight was rescheduled to an early morning departure, so we booked an airport hotel directly to make the morning less rushed. After reading fellow travelers' reviews, which turned out to be incredibly accurate, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel – it exceeded our expectations! The high ratings are truly well-deserved. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and they even thoughtfully provided a late-night snack. The room was very stylish, exactly my preferred aesthetic. In the morning, the front desk staff meticulously called each room to give a wake-up call, and the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport at fixed times. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 6:30 AM – hats off to the kitchen staff! The value for money is outstanding. Every honest review serves as an excellent guide for future guests and also helps shape the hotel's operational focus."

"Really nice room with nothing to complain. 100m2 suite is no joke. The only problems were that the room had the scent of cigarettes (I think it is okay to smoke in the rooms). Also, noone in the hotel, including reception did not speak English, so i had to yank out my translator to communicate. They were kind enough to be patient tho! I've also asked to book a taxi at a specific time thru them, and they've managed it no problem."

"I just remembered I wanted to leave a bad review. I want to ask, can your breakfast really be eaten for free? I don't even want to give 0.5 points for service. That breakfast lady on April 10th was absolutely disgusting. First, when I checked into the hotel the night before, I asked about breakfast, and the front desk didn't tell me I needed a breakfast voucher, nor did they give me one. Because when I've stayed at Huazhu hotels before, they either proactively give you a voucher or they don't check for breakfast, so I didn't ask. The next day when I went to eat, the lady didn't ask me for a breakfast voucher when I went in. After I got some food, I said I wanted a bowl of noodles, and she suddenly said in a snarky tone to put the breakfast voucher there first. I said I wasn't given one and she told me to go to the front desk to get it. Okay, up to this point, I still thought it was her job, and although it was uncomfortable, I could understand. But then I have to ask, why didn't she ask the three or four men who came after me for breakfast vouchers? And why was she so incredibly nice to the men??? Can your breakfast really be eaten for free for ***? Is it because I'm a woman or traveling alone and easy to bully? Not only will I never stay at your place again, but I'll also warn everyone I know to avoid it. Getting treated like this just for going to eat breakfast is truly an undeserved misfortune."

"My experience staying at this hotel is great. The hotel owner came to the airport and picked us up. After we reached the hotel, I realized I misplaced my bag at the airport, and the owner offered to drive me back to the airport. So me, my sister and the hotel owner went back to the airport. When we reached there, he helped me by asking the locals about seeing a bag and I found out from him someone returned the bag to the lost and found. I went into the airport to retrieve it while he waited in the car for me for around an hour. I ended up being able to retrieve my bag and I can’t be more thankful to him. The owner can speak English too. The next day, he arranged for someone to drive us to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning. We had less than 5 hours of sleep but we slept well because the bedding was really comfy. I highly recommend staying here"

"I had an overnight layover in Xi'an and needed a place to stay. As soon as my flight landed, I contacted the front desk (who were absolutely wonderful and super helpful!). They offer airport shuttle service, and the hotel is quite close to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The room was also very clean. When I checked in, I mentioned I had an early flight the next morning and needed to catch breakfast. The next day, the front desk even called to remind me – such great service!"
