MMilaoshudejiafeimaoA perfect 5-star stay! The overall atmosphere was wonderfully cozy and peaceful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, truly making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport, high-speed train station, and subway. Plus, popular tourist attractions and lively local night markets are just a short walk away. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely make it a point to stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI stayed in two different rooms. The first one was OK, but smelly. The second (executive) room was perfect. It was brand new, clean and completely odourless. So, if I go again, I will definitely take an executive room. It's only slightly more expensive, but the difference is huge.

MM386276****The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The bar had a great selection of teas, a coffee maker, an ice machine, and a microwave, which was all very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it to everyone. Plus, there are plenty of snack options downstairs.

Room: Quite spacious.
Amenities: 1. The toothbrush was uncomfortable. 2. The 'precision instruments' in the lab were fake; the real precision instrument was the shower in this room. It was incredibly difficult to get the temperature just right – you couldn't be off by a single degree. After two nights, I've become a master at it.
Service: Everything else was fine, but the most important service, the airport shuttle, was incredibly frustrating. Sharing a car with the Mercure next door is one thing, but waiting 45 minutes for pick-up? What does that even mean? Everyone just sat around waiting, doing nothing. That's enough time to take the subway into the city and check in.

BBapaluolanThe hotel is 20 minutes' drive from the airport. We were dropped off at the airport. The hotel room was big and nice, and the price was cheap. The only drawback was that the air conditioning was not strong enough and it was not warm all night. Fortunately, it was early spring, otherwise I would have been so cold that my nose would be running.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off services and business car pick-up are very practical for us who have an early flight. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a robot to deliver small fruits at night, and the scenery outside the window is also great. There is a food street on the first floor with Xi'an specialties and snacks. It is very lively and prosperous. I recommend it to everyone!

Environment: Very good, the ski resort is said to be the second in Xi'an. I went in with the children for more than two hours. If I was tired, I went back to the hotel to rest. Snow clothes and snow shoes can also be worn back to the room (booked all-day tickets) and I can go to play again.
Service: Very good, two bottles of water were finished on the first day, and I didn’t say hello and took the initiative to make up 4 bottles of water the next day.

YyuanmoonQinyuan Hotel is an old hotel in Sanyuan, which has been around for many years. Located in the bustling area of the county, Wangcang Lane and Tiejianchu morning market are within easy reach; not far from Yandian Street Night Market and Chenghuang Temple; supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies are nearby; the reception is also professional and enthusiastic.
Originally, we booked a deluxe standard room, whose area is smaller than the smart standard room we stayed in in winter. I asked the front desk to know that the difference between the two is that there is a more luxurious bathtub, that's all.
The room is on the 19th floor and the view is good. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is that there is a problem with air conditioning and cooling. On the high temperature day in July, the air conditioner was turned on for an hour. The room service said that the central air conditioner had set the temperature and the air conditioner was no problem. But the fact is that I sweat in my head. It's very uncomfortable.
Of course, the hotel's attitude to solve the problem is very positive. After a lot of tossing, I changed to a smart standard room on the low floor, and finally cooled!
I went to breakfast the next day. Breakfast was on the third floor. The opening time was 7:00-9:00. Breakfast was very simple. Four or five cold dishes, four or five hot dishes, plus a few staple foods and milk porridge, that's all.
Overall, the performance of the hotel is in line with its price. We live very comfortable and sleep soundly.
