Facilities: The hotel is quite close to the airport, making airport transfers very convenient. There's also a free 24-hour laundry room on the first floor where you can wash and dry your clothes. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. All corners and edges of the room are clean, even the hard-to-reach spots are meticulously cleaned. Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm absolutely charmed by Xiao Du at the front desk of this Orange Hotel! I arrived during peak hours, but Xiao Du handled everything efficiently, quickly verifying my information and checking me in, and even offered to store my extra luggage. Hearing it was my first time in Xi'an, she not only recommended a fantastic value-for-money local restaurant near the airport but also patiently explained the subway transfer routes, even detailing which shop has the most authentic Roujiamo. Later, when I needed to inquire about changes to the airport transfer, she responded instantly over the phone – the communication was incredibly efficient and smooth, no hassle at all. Next time I have a layover in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again!

This hotel is really great. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall environment is elegant and clean with a fantastic ambiance. The room layout is well-designed, tidy, and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. The service is meticulous. In the evening, you can take a stroll nearby; Fuyuan Alley is quite lively, and there are plenty of dining options across at Longhu. This hotel is really good!

The room is clean and tidy, and it's very convenient to travel from there. The staff on duty will help me contact a taxi driver and recommend travel guides for me. When I leave, they also prepare water and biscuits for me in advance, which is very considerate of them. I am extremely grateful to the front desk staff, Freddy and Henry, for patiently helping me book tickets when I couldn't find one. I really like this hotel and it was an amazing experience.

I've stayed at this Hanting Hotel three times already. It's super close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The front desk even gives you a wake-up call before the shuttle departs, and there are frequent shuttle times. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy.

overall the room is very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and courtesy. i like a free coffee machine provided bcos you hardly can find any shop around selling coffee except a luckin coffee. The free supper was of the same type for 4 nites i stayed. i think the hotel can do better. The bathroom is risky without a anti slippery mat on the floor .i think it is important for the eldery . safety is important and the management should look into it.another plus point,i love a big TV screen. The wifi is weak,cant upload foto.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

The service was warm and friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic, making it suitable for family travel. The hotel's only drawback, which is also a benefit, is its proximity to the airport. There was some noise from the airport's bird-scaring devices, which was a bit loud.
