We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well prepared and offered a wide range of options, including both Western and local dishes—clearly reflecting the dedication of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center of Xianyang, though the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In the evening, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby street market, where Huitong Noodle was especially popular.

The service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

They also offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. A gym, meeting room, and laundry room are also provided. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a slow-paced and relaxing vacation. I'm already planning my next stay here.

The content is the same as before. The boss is warm and hospitable, the room is neat and clean, each step has a view, and there is also a book bar. This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel has complete facilities and is located in a business district with complete commercial facilities and convenient dining and shopping. The room upgrade service was provided. The room was spacious and should have been newly renovated with some flavor. The staff had a good service attitude and actively communicated and asked about the accommodation and breakfast experience. The breakfast was rich.

The hotel offers an airport pick-up service. The driver was quite a character! I told him over the phone that I was going to pick up my luggage, and I accidentally gave him the wrong return terminal when checking the flight information. He ended up going to T5 first, then T3. He complained quite a bit, especially since I was the only passenger. Later, I realized T5 was the departures level. I figured the airport wasn't too far from the hotel and I was worried that if I took a taxi, I might get a driver who would be annoyed by the short distance, which would spoil my mood. Well, things certainly didn't go as planned!

After checking in at the arrival counter, I was upgraded to a room unconditionally! There is more or less the smell of smoke when entering the room, but it is common in mainland China. A non-smoking room is a luxury, but it is already very acceptable~~ Except for the taste, which is the first impression, the rest of the visual experience is really sincere. It has everything you need. The room also provides a telescope to view the Qianling Tower in the distance, which I think is a small and considerate service. During my stay this time, I felt the hotel's sincere and cordial response to guests. The room also provided several free services. I asked for a nail care set, which was very cute and practical. The service staff also kindly guided me on how to use it. Asking for bottled water was quick and a free fruit plate was provided in the evening. All in all, it is a comfortable housing experience and must be praised!

I was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

The room is clean and dry. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Bottled water is provided for free. There are also some small snacks at the front desk.
