We had a wonderful stay. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and reliable internet access. Both the front desk and room service were efficient and responsive. I also greatly enjoyed the breakfast, which was well prepared and offered a wide range of options, including both Western and local dishes—clearly reflecting the dedication of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center of Xianyang, though the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car. In the evening, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby street market, where Huitong Noodle was especially popular.

It is located at the entrance of Yuanjia Village, but there is no dedicated parking space. During holidays, you have to find a parking space by yourself and then park nearby at night. The room is a renovation of an old house, and it's a bit winding up and down. It's good to have a clothes hanging area, but there is no water boiling area (the table is far from the bathroom), which is inconvenient to use. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the bathroom is not separated and not big, which is a bit inconvenient for many people to use.

I stayed in Xi'an for about 10 days and checked into 4 different hotels. Vienna Hotel was by far the most comfortable and the best experience. The pick-up service was a great bonus. The front desk staff and the driver were both incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and they answered all our questions. Thank you for your warm service, which brought our Xi'an trip to a perfect end.

The service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

This hotelis easily one of the top hotels in China right now. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are stunning and fresh. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service—the staff went above and beyond to ensure perfection. Don't miss the restaurant! The food was delicious, and the dining service was impeccable. A truly 5-star experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back.

Everything about our stay here was incredibly comfortable, from the accommodations to the dining and travel arrangements. There was no forced service; instead, it felt like being at home. When my spicy rice noodles for breakfast arrived, I mentioned I don't eat cilantro. The server, a lovely lady, immediately offered her own bowl, saying, ”Just pick it out and give it to me, I'll eat it.” The sweet potatoes and corn at breakfast tasted so fresh, unlike anything you'd find elsewhere. The server told me they grow everything themselves, with no additives... I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

It's located opposite Wanda Plaza, not far from attractions, and within walking distance of Fuyuan Alley Food Street, which is beautiful at night and has good food. The room was very clean and tidy, the receptionist was very friendly, and the disposable toiletries were of good quality. I especially loved the comb! The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all great. The only downside was that there was some water accumulation in the bathroom, but otherwise I was quite satisfied. It was a good stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.
