SSandy_sxaThe room was clean, tidy, and quiet. There was a free self-service laundry room available for washing and drying clothes. The hotel's service was unexpectedly good; from the airport pick-up and front desk staff to the laundry room attendant and housekeeping, everyone's service was almost unbelievably good, but never felt excessive or uncomfortable. Because of this hotel, I even want to visit Xi'an again, and in the future, I will definitely stay with Huazhu Group again in China (their management must be excellent). Of course, booking through Trip.com also offered many benefits, including free breakfast and dinner (the *youpo chemian* at dinner was the best noodle dish I've ever had!), and the room also came with a complimentary fruit plate.

GGuest UserThe service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

Rubi at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic when checking in, and also sent a welcome gift, very warm heart! I also introduced that the surrounding attractions are very patient, and the service is really super five-star quality.
The gym is also 24 hours, very friendly to friends who like fitness, you can check in early
The outdoor view of the hotel is also very good. The weather is warm and you can rest outdoors with the lake view in the center of the hotel. There are outdoor seats. Walking is very comfortable, there is a park opposite the hotel where you can get up early and run.

The rooms, built with natural stone, boast a raw yet warm texture, and are decorated minimally, exuding a luxurious yet rustic and relaxed vibe. The spacious rooms are bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the entire mountain and wilderness scenery. The interior is spotless and odor-free, and the soft bedding ensures a restful sleep. The smart home system and custom amenities are all top-notch, and the 24-hour butler service is always available. They also offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. A gym, meeting room, and laundry room are also provided. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a slow-paced and relaxing vacation. I'm already planning my next stay here.

SShuzaiThe content is the same as before. The boss is warm and hospitable, the room is neat and clean, each step has a view, and there is also a book bar. It can be seen that the store owner is attentive and thoughtful. For self-driving navigation, remember to go to the east gate of Yuanjia Village, do not navigate to the parking lot🤣🤣🤣

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

The hotel has complete facilities and is located in a business district with complete commercial facilities and convenient dining and shopping. The room upgrade service was provided. The room was spacious and should have been newly renovated with some flavor. The staff had a good service attitude and actively communicated and asked about the accommodation and breakfast experience. The breakfast was rich.

GGuest UserWalking around a few streets in Yongshou County, I felt that the county was a bit underdeveloped. If you have to live in Yongshou, this hotel is probably the right one to choose. After all, it is newly opened, everything is new, and the environment is very good. It can also be felt that there are still many areas for improvement. I live in 3028. The floor partition in the shower room is not sealed well. The bath water seeps all over the bathroom and it is impossible to get in even with slippers on. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I asked the waiter for some floor mats and made do with them.

GGuest UserI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!
