Ppikapp🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money.
🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time.
🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details.
🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious!
🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient.
Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹

GGuest UserThe service attitude is very good, proactive and enthusiastic, and the eight-treasure tea served when you enter the store is very considerate. The room layout is reasonable, clean, and has no peculiar smell. The bedding is very comfortable and equipped with two different pillows. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and delicious taste. We upgraded to a double room for free, which is great! It was my first time to stay at Lan Ou, both in terms of price and value for money. I was very satisfied with the two complimentary breakfasts! ! !

It may take a few years before the whole-house intelligent control system can be upgraded. Parking is very convenient, the window view is very nice, and the mood is pleasant. The heating system is a bit weak.

The rooms, built with natural stone, boast a raw yet warm texture, and are decorated minimally, exuding a luxurious yet rustic and relaxed vibe. The spacious rooms are bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the entire mountain and wilderness scenery. The interior is spotless and odor-free, and the soft bedding ensures a restful sleep. The smart home system and custom amenities are all top-notch, and the 24-hour butler service is always available. They also offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. A gym, meeting room, and laundry room are also provided. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a slow-paced and relaxing vacation. I'm already planning my next stay here.

GGuest UserIt was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

GGuest UserWalking around a few streets in Yongshou County, I felt that the county was a bit underdeveloped. If you have to live in Yongshou, this hotel is probably the right one to choose. After all, it is newly opened, everything is new, and the environment is very good. It can also be felt that there are still many areas for improvement. I live in 3028. The floor partition in the shower room is not sealed well. The bath water seeps all over the bathroom and it is impossible to get in even with slippers on. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I asked the waiter for some floor mats and made do with them.

GGuest UserI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!
