Stayed for three nights, the equipment was very good, it didn't get stuck at all, the top spray shower was particularly comfortable, the hotel staff was very good, the clothes fell off the hotel and sent them back for me.

Originally wanted to find a place to stay, but I didn't expect to be fanned by this homestay! The room was clean and tidy, the quality of the supplies was super high, the mattress was super comfortable, moderately hard and soft, and I slept well all night.

This stay completely redefined my understanding of quality service! From the moment I booked, the hotel was incredibly attentive. They not only called ahead to confirm my needs but also recommended transportation routes based on my itinerary, which instantly boosted my overall impression. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk, Pitaya, greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any room requirements. She arranged airport transfers, assigned me a quiet room, and recommended interesting places to visit. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby was filled with artistic design, with warm yellow lighting and aromatherapy, instantly dispelling travel fatigue. The guest rooms were even more stunning, featuring smart curtains and a high-tech control system. Even the bedside area was equipped with a wireless charging pad and multiple charging ports, perfectly addressing the power needs of digital devices. The bathrooms featured a smart toilet, a thermostatic showerhead, and a Dyson hair dryer—all luxurious details. The dining experience was a highlight! The buffet was amazing, and the cakes in the dessert area were delicious. The afternoon tea in the lobby on the first floor was truly delicious. Upon departure, my luggage had been delivered to the lobby in advance, and there was also free airport transfers. The staff also provided a gift. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, this hotel is a perfect choice!

Facilities: Very comprehensive! Everything you could need, including a smart speaker (Xiao Du) for voice commands. The robot delivering our takeout was super cute. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the airport, and there are some restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues we had. We booked an airport transfer, and the driver was great and perfectly on time.

This time I worked in Xiangyang and chose to stay at the Fenghe Hotel. The experience really exceeded expectations! The room is very large, the twin room is spacious and bright, the wooden floor is clean and tidy, and the living is particularly comfortable. The most satisfying thing is the sanitary details. The toilet is not only polished brightly, but also prepared a disposable cushion. This meticulous disinfection standard is rare in the local area. The front desk service was warm and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The price is definitely the ceiling in Xiangyang, and I will stay here next time I come to Xiangyang!
