Hotels near Changyu Changge Winery, Xianyang

Because I had a midnight flight, I chose a hotel near the airport. This one looked quite new, and the room was pretty clean. The hotel also offered an airport pick-up service, and the decor was decent. The bedding was comfortable, and the duvet was quite thick, but there was no luggage rack. It was inconvenient to get things from my suitcase when it was on the floor, and the space felt a bit cramped.

We have extended our holiday vacation, returning to Xianyang and stay in this hotel again. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your outstanding front desk team—Jia Jia (佳佳), Xiao Wan (小琬), and Meng Meng (梦梦) —for their exceptional customer service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist at every step made us feel not just like a guest, but genuinely cared for. It’s clear that Jia Jia, Xiao Wan, and Meng Meng take great pride in their work, and their dedication reflects the high standards of this property. It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The free airport pick-up and drop-off services and business car pick-up are very practical for us who have an early flight. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a robot to deliver small fruits at night, and the scenery outside the window is also great. There is a food street on the first floor with Xi'an specialties and snacks. It is very lively and prosperous. I recommend it to everyone!

With a prime location, the apartment is right next to the Shanglin Road Station of Metro Lines 1 and 16, as well as a large shopping mall and various restaurants. It also boasts a spacious and clean underground parking garage. This newly opened serviced apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine (with dryer), microwave, and induction cooker. The decor is fresh and bright, and the breakfast is plentiful (during my extended stay, there was a surge in guests during the May Day holiday, but the restaurant maintained its standards and promptly replenished the food). It's a comfortable haven for travelers.

Absolutely enjoyed 1day-1night layover at the hotel. I traveled with young kid so had to choose maximum convenience and proximity to airport. They offer free airport shuttle transfer which is great convenience. I don't speak Chinese but didn't have any problems communicating with hotel reception via chat, phone call or face to face. Room is exceptionally clean, spacious and newly renovated. Hotel lobby bright and comfortable war chilling/waiting. Especially I like coffee & tea station, very decent drinks. We were served with breakfast buffet. The variety is good and delicious. There is convenience store and couple of eateries withing short walk.

Coming out of Terminal 5, there's a shuttle bus available. The capsule hotel is tucked away in a corner of the airport, so visitors arriving late at night might need to ask around to find it. However, its quiet and safe location is a big plus. There are restrooms and washing facilities right next door, complete with hot water.

As I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3. The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy. There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though. It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise. I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience. I would book this place again when in transit.

I was sent an invoice three times and asked for it four times. When I left the store on the 17th, I was told that an electronic version would be sent to me on the same day. I asked the front desk on the 18th that it was still open. I asked again on the 21st but there was no response. I called again and asked for a general ticket. Is this a complicated matter?

The room was pretty good, and the airport shuttle service was very efficient, picking up and dropping off without delay. The staff were friendly, and the view was great. They even provided breakfast bags for early morning flights. For an airport stay, this place is definitely a solid choice.
