房間很乾凈，到店比較晚了，前台辦理入住的工作人員很耐心且迅速，效率高，還給指引坐電梯，提前把行李放前台，也有很好的溝通，可以接送機，很方便！

非常負責任的説，這家酒店性價比具高，前台工作人員非常熱情，酒店整體裝修風格能讓人感到歸家的鬆弛感，乾淨整潔；外省人到陝西吃不習慣，餓了那麼多天的胃竟在離開陝西前被酒店早餐所治癒，點一萬個贊

位置:首先酒店的位置還是比較好的 臨近機場 店內還有免費的停車位可以停車
服務:總體來説服務是非常好了 我們因為是在西安轉機 衹在西安呆一天 酒店提前給我打了電話問我需不需要接機服務 然後剛好我落地了隨後他們就派司機過來接的我回酒店 接機的司機服務也很周到 我的行李箱比較多然後還幫我提箱子 告訴我路程之類的一些基本情況 到酒店後前台是一位男生 服務真的不要太好啦 幫我們提箱子 倒茶水 辦入住 細節的是他了解到我的航班之後還幫我們分析如果想去西安玩的話給我們推薦了很多 行程給我們規劃之類的 在我們入住的期間這位帥哥也在盡職盡責的幫我們解決各種問題
房間:房間的衞生打掃的很乾凈 而且好像是一家新酒店 這種木質香味甚是好聞 房間裏的設施都非常新 前台小哥看我們到的比較晚還特意給我們準備了眼罩讓我們能睡個好覺！
餐廳:早上的早餐種類也很多 中西結合 該有的都有 特別要誇讚的就是麪食 有很多種口味 基本愛吃的都有 所有的菜品都非常新鮮 點贊
在我們第二天出門的時候這位小哥還給我們再次介紹當地特色之類的 隨後我就主動加了他的微信 當時我才曉得他讓我給他備註森森 名字還挺好聽的哈哈哈 隨後他就讓我們出門然後給我們發了一大堆當地特色 還細心的發了一些容易踩雷的地方供我們參考 這一天我們玩的也很開心
晚上臨走去機場的時候也是他們給提供的送機服務 這位小哥因為當時沒有上班還提前讓他的同事們給我準備了伴手禮 隨後祝我路途愉快 好啦 這就是我的西安一天之旅 很開心 很棒 西安很好 酒店也很好 酒店的員工們也很熱情 讓我體驗到了一次前所未有的服務體驗 如果再有機會來西安的話 我還是會選擇這家酒店的！
