前台不知道是業務不熟練還是怎麼回事，訂單下了，前台房卡拿了，入住辦理了進房間了，前台連續打電話説訂單找不見，本來是小事，但是已經入住房間了，不停的打電話找不見訂單，找不見訂單怎麼辦理的入住，個人吐槽

此次房間設施極差可能以後不會再選擇了，以前也經常入住並沒有像昨晚洗澡的大頭用不了，給前台打電話沒有解決態度，衹是説讓人修一下。我説要是修不好怎麼辦她就説每個房間都一樣，我説修不好能換房間不，以前住過的酒店修不好就可以換住，然後此酒店前台卻説可是之前住的也是如此的情況，一直都用不了，用不了你不會修嗎，反而這樣反問顧客，住了那麼多次都沒有這種問題，反正此次入住體驗極差。以後再也不會來了！！！
