Simple bed for the night (or part of). Certainly better than the airport floor. Not the description is wrong as this is on the arrivals level not departures.

Super convenient, once you get out of the security check and feeling tired or waiting for layover it’s right next to it!!! The staff is super nice!! Thanks everyone keep up the the hospitality and service !!

The capsule hotel is located just beside arrival side of Terminal 3 Xisnyang Airport, which is nice as I could immediately take my rest as I arrived at 12.30am. The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.

Very helpful staff, English limited but they used translation devices to help. There is NO inhouse bathroom, need to get out and use the airport toilets.

The staff was super friendly. It is so convenient if you have an early morning flight. What l did not like is that you had to use the public washroom in the airport. This is not ideal when you have to get up through the night. Also, I could smell diesel fumes, maybe it would have been better in terminal 2.

I arrived late at the airport and my next flight was early the next morning so I decided to try out the capsules. I was surprised...they are clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is super convenient. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who atrives late or has an early flight. They store your big luggage for you, and you have a small locker where you can put your own amenities. There's a toilet next door and a water dispenser. The staff working at the desk are friendly amd helpful.

Very convenient for sleeping

The space capsule was a life saver for us. We had a late night flight that arrived at 2 AM and the next flight was at 9 AM next day. With COVID regulations, we thought it easier to just spend the night inside the airport. I had pre-booked the hotel on Trip, but seems the address was a wrongly given and we had a hard time finding it. On calling them, the receptionist promptly came to our aid and offered to take us to the exact location, which was actually terminal 2. Because I had recently fractured my foot, I was in a wheelchair and the lady was very helpful in this regard and assisted me as much as possible. The capsule itself is literally a medium sized double bed matress with a wall panel that controls the lighting, sound and aircon. There are ports to charge phones, but not for laptop. Also, there is no separate toilet, have to use the nearest one in the airport. I was given a lower birth on account of my condition and I was really grateful for that. The lady also helped me to the check-in counter next morning. All-in-all, a very good option to catch up on a few hours of sleep while awaiting the next flight.

The room is OK, and it is no problem to fall asleep with earplugs. The flight service staff will provide wake-up service in the morning.

No disposable bath towels are provided, and the sound insulation is very poor. It is a good choice for an emergency of about 3 hours, but don't buy it for the whole day.
